Pastor Noel Ramos is currently pastoring Revival Lighthouse Church in San Diego, California, with his wife, Pastor Rubi Ramos. The church is an offspring of fruits from the different home Bible studies he did at the beginning of his ministry. He travels throughout the United States and around the world teaching and imparting to congregations a spirit of prayer.
